All-Access CAmps

What is All-Access?
The Rock Underground's All-Access camp gives students a positive place to work on music, learn a new instrument, explore music theory, record a song and form bands all at their own pace. Each day will be filled with fun musical activities and social time with fellow musicians. This camp is perfect for all beginner musicians because it gives artistic freedom to the students and allows them to learn and grow at their own speed.
When does All-Access run?
All Summer camps run from 10AM to 3PM on weekdays during the Summer. Be sure to contact your local school or visit their page to see the summer schedule for All-Access, Performance, and Rock Around the Clock camps.

What are Performance-Based Camps?
Performance Camps are Themed Camps that involve learning a group of songs within a specific music genre, style or era, with an in-house performance held at 7PM on the Friday of the week of the camp. Because these camps involve a performance, it is required that students signing up for the camp have a basic level of experience at their instrument. This camp is ideal for students who have achieved a minimum level of proficiency on their instrument.

What is Rock Around the Clock?
A Flexible, rolling summer program for young beginners. Sing, Learn to play an instrument, Listen to classic and new music, meet new musical friends and much more!
For Who?
Ages 5 – 10-No proficiency required. Minimum age 5 years. Under 6 requires designated guardian present.
When?
Bellmore will be running Rock Around the Clock Monday - Friday, Starting July 16th - August 31st 10:30 am – 3:30 pm
How does it work?
Pick any or all weeks on a week by week basis or join in anytime with single days throughout the Summer when you’re not away vacationing.
Sign up for random days in advance or as a “walk-in”
OR Sign up for a random week or multiple weeks!

Everyday includes:
10:30 am Morning Listening session/ Introduction to Classic Albums & New Music
11:30 am 60 min group lesson on new or secondary instrument (does not replace regular weekly lesson enrollment)
12:30 pm Group Singing, or Movement, or Rhythm & Percussion
1:30 pm BYO lunch
2:30 pm Music Rockumentary & Daily YouTube Surf
