The Rock Underground is an innovative music school where musicians of all ages and levels of proficiency can take private lessons, join a band and perform live on stage at our concerts!

We cover our TRU cirriculum of Music Theory, Ear Training, Technical Proficiency, Stage Presence, and Artistic Expression through a focus on trust, teamwork, discipline, and respect for one self and others.
Our Programs
The Rock Underground offers programs for students of all ages. Through monthly membership, students have a choice of taking lessons only, joining one of our bands, or both! Lessons are 45 minutes weekly and joining a band gives you an additional 90 minute weekly rehearsal where a Music Director will work with the band from a themed set list to prepare them for upcoming live concerts!

The Rock Underground is known to be an "All-Ages Music School." We offer toddler jams for kids 18 months to 5 years of age, which fosters interest and awareness to music. We also have a Glee program for those who just want to sing and perform. For adults, we have an Adult Rock Performance Program for those who want to play in a band but have a limited schedule. We even offer recording services for any band that needs a studio setting for recording. Our store sells guitars, basses, amplifiers and accessories, as well as the official line of The Rock Underground Apparel.
